Caravan, Motorhome and Camping Arrangements -  - available from Noon Friday 10th July

*N.B.* Booking a camping pitch is via the British Cycling website with the race entry system. You can still book without entering a race but you will need to register on the website in order to do so, if you're not already a member.

Site Arrangements and Regulations

1. Charges are £10.00 (+ £1 application fee online) per night and based on one caravan/ tent with one motor vehicle or motor home

2. Pitches will be available from 12 Noon on Friday 5th July and should be vacated by 12 noon Monday 8th July

3. Pitches will be allocated on arrival and cannot be pre-booked

4. Caravans, motor homes or tents will be sited by the organisers

5. Bookings will not be accepted form persons under 18 years of age

6. There are no electrical hook up pitches on the site

7. Vehicles will not be allowed to access/leave the caravan/camping area 8am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday during the Festival event times (or later if the events overruns). Car parking will be available in the bottom field outside the caravan/camping and event area throughout the Festival

8. Only one vehicle may be parked adjacent to a caravan/tent

9. BBQ’s are only not permitted if they are off the ground and do not scorch the grass. Fires are not permitted on the site.

10. Dogs are permitted but must be on a lead at all times within the caravan/camping area and any dog mess must be cleaned up by owners

11. Ball games are not permitted in the caravan/camping area.

12. Music, TV’s etc is not permitted to the inconvenience of others.

13. A waste disposal point is located at the Pavilion.

14. Male/female and disabled toilets and male/female shower areas are available at the Pavilion.

15. Refuse must be deposited in the skip at the Pavilion

16 The maximum speed limit on site is 10mph for all means of transport

17. Receipt Licences must be produced upon request for checking by the organisers.

18. In the event of adverse weather conditions please contact the organiser before arriving. The organisers will not accept responsibility if the site is unfit to accommodate you.

19. Consideration for others must be displayed at all times.

20. Refunds will only be given on medical grounds and must be submitted in writing to the organisers

21. The organisers reserve the right to ask any caravan, motor home or tent to leave or remove if required.
